Meet Cookie. He is neutered and he is in need of a forever home. Cookie needs a home that can provide plenty of love along with time and attention. We are told he pulls and barks on lead. We will be testing him and updating this page with our experience as well as any progress. 

He gets along with a number of dogs in his foster home without issue. He's loving and not sure what got him in the land of limbo.
